The belt's build quality is great and so is the thickness. Having experienced previously with several prong belts, I'm really satisfied with my switch to a lever belt! The belt is 13mm as advertised and sturdy. The red color of the belt is an amazing touch as well making the belt aesthetic!
A really good gym belt you can find online. Gives you best support when trying to lift heavy weights. The quality of belt seems perfectly nice and sturdy and at the same time gives adequate support to the back and is easy to put on and take off.
